Day-wise Itinerary

Day 1 | NEW DELHI - VARANASI (1 Hour 20 Min Flight)

You will start your journey with an early morning flight (7:00 AM) from Delhi airport for your onward journey to Varanasi, the holy city famous for its spiritualism.

Once you reach the airport of Varanasi, you will be escorted to your hotel with an early check-in. After freshen up and post an early lunch, you will move out to explore the city. In this city tour you will visit temples and other historical places of interest and religious significance. You will discover that Varanasi is a city of peace and noise together. The lanes and by lanes will take you to street shops, hawkers and a large number of temples, the most famous being Kashi Vishwanath Temple. Varanasi is famous for its street food stalls, selling a variety of sweets, blue lassi, kachori (a snack), tea and much more. Your trip to Varanasi is incomplete without visiting the Aarti by the banks of the holiest river Ganga. In the evening you will be on a boat ride to view the magnificient Aarti which takes place at the mighty river Ganga’s ghat. It will give you an amazing experience as you watch thousands of people gathered to be a part of this spectacular Aarti. You will end the day with a nice dinner back at the hotel.

Day2 | VARANASI SIGHTSEEING & SARNATH (30 Min Drive)

After a relaxed breakfast, you will begin your journey to the deteriorating 18th century Ramnagar fort constructed by Kashi Raja Singh in the Mughal architecture. You will also visit the Vyas Tempe which is a part of this grand old Ramnagar Fort. The Vyas Temple is devoted to the author of the Famous epic - Mahabharata, Veda Vyasa. Post lunch, you will proceed to Sarnath, which is 20 km from Varanasi. Sarnath is a renowned place where Lord Buddha preached his teachings of Enlightenment. It is famous for its archaeological museum, the Great Ashoka Pillar and the glorious Dharma Chakra.

You will return to Varanasi in the evening and relish on a simple yet exotic local dinner.

Day3 |BOAT RIDE & DEPARTURE TO DELHI (1 Hour 35 Min Flight)

You will start your day at around 5 AM with a peaceful boat ride in the Ganges river. The early morning boat ride will be one of its kind experiences. As you cross the river ghats, you will see people taking dips in the river and sadhus performing their holy rituals. After returning to the hotel and having a refreshing breakfast and relaxing a bit, you will set out for your excursion of the Varanasi city for some local shopping and insight in their lifestyle. In the evening, you will be escorted to the airport for your flight back to Delhi.
